Landings is a process that offers “a safe place to land”: A place for listening and for being heard, a place for asking questions and for reconnecting with your faith as an adult.

During the eight-week Landings process, a small group of active Catholics, some of them “returnees” themselves, meets with a small group of returning Catholics to share and explore their faith together. Meetings are informal and will be held in Harborne in the home of one of the leaders.

Landings is not:
the “saved” welcoming the “sinners”,
people pressurising others to return to church,
full of answers to teach the unenlightened,
blind to the hurt the Church may have caused someone.

Landings is:
people in solidarity with the returning; who in their own lives have “returned”, and continue to “return”.
founded on the belief that we do not have to be trained theologians to share what we believe, and to speak honestly about our faith, trusting in the Holy Spirit.

Landings participants say:

The group will meet for 8 Monday evenings for about 1½-2 hours, beginning on Monday 11th May. Preregistration is required.
