telling them about the video and this page!

Life in a trench: Thousands of miles of trenches were built during World War I and,

for the soldiers living in them, their day-to-day life was nothing short of horrific.

Sunday 11th November 2018 is the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Armistice.

"They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old: Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning, We will remember them."

Fourth stanza of 'For the Fallen' by Laurence Binyon (1869 - 1943)

“When you go home, tell them of us and say, For their tomorrow, we gave our today.”
